We are in a season of discovery. The transition from Chicago to Hagerstown, MD is a new chapter and new adventure in the life of our family.

Last week when I arrived in Hagerstown I discovered that I get to find new radio stations. No longer will ESPN 1000 take me home. I did discover that my old friends Ace & TJ can take me to work.

I am also learning a new city, with its streets and patterns, its rhythms and styles. This adventure is exciting because as we learn a new area we will be presented with new opportunities for obedience. New opportunities to serve and trust God and to be used by Him to help others.

On one hand I wish I knew what the next few months or years would hold, but I will learn to be patient and content with today. I will wake each day excited to see what God will allow me to discover about Him, about myself and what He desires for me in this world.

Discover the difference of what a life lead by the Spirit of God can be. I am far from perfecting this, but desire more of its reality in my life.
